FAQs
Is Lagree the same as Pilates?
Pilates is often characterized as a low-intensity, low-impact exercise. It places strong emphasis on controlled, fluid movements with an objective to improve flexibility, posture, and core strength.
Lagree, on the other hand, is a high-intensity, low-impact cardiovascular workout. While it shares Pilates’ emphasis on balance and flexibility, it takes things up several notches by prioritizing core, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. It elevates your heart rate, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both strength and cardiovascular benefits.
Lagree’s full body workout offers minimal to zero transition time between exercises. This continuous flow keeps your heart rate elevated, ensures that your muscles remain engaged throughout the session, and intensifies the workout.
What is the minimum age requirement for attending a Sculpt 360 Lagree class?
The minimum age to attend a Sculpt 360 Lagree class is 15 years old. A 15-17 year old may attend class if they have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form for them in person.
Do my classes roll over if I don’t use them at the end of my membership cycle?
Single class and non-recurring class packages come with a 6 month expiration date. Recurring monthly class packages and single class specials will be subject to the membership cycle as stated in their descriptions.
What if I’m pregnant or just had a baby?
We highly advise consulting with your healthcare provider to determine the most suitable approach for your individual circumstances. Given the unique nature of each pregnancy, it’s essential to recognize that pregnancy details can vary significantly. While maintaining a moderate level of physical activity and exercise during and after pregnancy is often beneficial, it may be necessary to make adjustments to your exercise routines and intensity levels.
It is strongly recommended to have a discussion with your doctor about what would be most beneficial for your specific situation. It’s important to ensure that your healthcare provider is informed about the components of a Lagree full body workout, including strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
Should you prefer, you have the option to pause your membership during your pregnancy. We fully support your decision, and when you decide to return to class postpartum, you can do so at your own pace. We admire the dedication of our expecting and new mothers in our classes and understand the importance of respecting your body and its unique needs during this special time.
What if I am going on vacation or will be away from the studio?
Sculpt 360 Lagree does not allow pauses for travel or vacations, only injury or illness. To initiate a hold on your account, kindly send an email to info@sculpt360lagree.com.
Can I leave my kids, pets, or other items in the lobby?

Although we adore our younger visitors, we kindly request that all children be accompanied by a supervising adult for the duration of their stay in our facility. In addition, Sculpt 360 Lagree cannot be liable for anything left in our studio.
How’s the parking and is there a fee?
You’ll be pleased to know that there is plenty of parking in front of the studio, and it’s completely free!
OUR POLICIES
Arriving to class:
We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early for the class to account for any potential delays, such as traffic and unforeseen circumstances that may cause you to arrive late.
New Clients: We request that new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time to receive an introduction to the Megaformer. Unfortunately, if you arrive after the class has begun, we will be unable to grant admission as it is crucial to ensure your familiarity with the equipment prior to the beginning of class. Please see the Cancellation Policy page for the associated late fees.
Returning Clients: In the event that you are not present at the scheduled beginning of your reserved class, a 10 minute grace period will be given. Following the 10 minute grace period, if you are still not present, your spot may be given to a client waiting on standby. Please see the Cancellation Policy page for the associated late fees.
Attire:
Grip socks that cover the entire bottom of the foot are required as they provide stability and prevent slipping. We have grip socks for sale at the studio. Regular socks, lounge socks, or hospital socks are not considered grip socks.
We recommend form-fitting workout attire that permits a full range of motion and minimizes the risk of clothing getting caught on equipment. While we encourage form-fitting clothing for safety and effectiveness, we understand the importance of your comfort and modesty. Please choose attire that balances both factors, ensuring a comfortable and effective workout.
For your safety and to prevent damage to the equipment, we kindly ask that you remove all jewelry, watches, and accessories before your session.
Bring plenty of water as to stay hydrated (no glass please).
